Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Period
The quality assurance period for our products is one year from the date of delivery, with special cases subject to separate negotiation.

Scope of Quality Assurance
Failures caused by the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1. Failures caused by improper use by the user (including damage caused by third-party improper actions).
2. Modifications and repairs not performed by our factory, or modifications and repairs not recognized by our factory.
3. Non-company liabilities caused by other force majeure events.

After the Quality Assurance Period
After the warranty period expires, our factory can still provide on-site repair services, but the customer must bear the cost of parts and labor required for the repair.
